By accessing and using Flux 2 Max ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

Important Notice - AI Wrapper Disclosure:

Flux 2 Max is an independent product that provides a custom interface and enhanced features for underlying AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Anthropic, or any other AI model providers.

Our platform offers a user-friendly interface built on top of models like Flux, VEO3, Claude, and Gemini to enhance usability and provide additional features. We are an independent service that integrates with these AI models through official APIs.

What Flux 2 Max Provides:

• AI image generation and editing (powered by various AI models)
• AI video generation capabilities (integrating models like VEO3)
• AI music generation services
• Custom prompt templates and workflows
• Credit-based usage system with flexible pricing
• API access for developers and integration

Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Features may be limited by the availability and capabilities of underlying AI model providers.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not:

• Use another person's account without permission
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated means to create accounts

Flux 2 Max operates on a credit-based system:

• Free Trial: New users receive 5 free credits upon registration
• Credit Packages: Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and Creem
• Refunds: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, except in cases of technical errors or service failures. We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If we fail to respond within this timeframe, refunds may be processed automatically by our payment processor to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting support. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will retain access until the period ends

All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Produce misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Generate content containing violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Create explicit adult content or content harmful to minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content and terminating accounts.

Our IP: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flux 2 Max and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated using our AI models is owned by you, subject to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not infringe on third-party rights
• Generated content may be subject to watermarking (SynthID) for authenticity verification
• We may use anonymized generated content to improve our AI models
• Commercial use of generated content is permitted, subject to verification of rights to input materials

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your content may be deleted from our servers
• You remain liable for any fees incurred before termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content generated by AI models or how you use such content
• You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws when using generated content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
