Response Time Commitment: We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If we fail to respond within this timeframe, refunds may be processed automatically by our payment processor (Creem, Stripe, or PayPal) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Service Failure: If our platform experiences technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Charges: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made
  • Service Unavailability: If the service is discontinued before you can use your purchased credits
  • Quality Issues: If the AI-generated content consistently fails to meet reasonable quality standards due to platform errors (not prompt-related issues)

Important: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Issues related to prompt writing, user expectations, or creative preferences are not typically eligible for refunds.

  5. Processing: If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have already been consumed to generate content
  • Dissatisfaction with Results: If you are unhappy with the creative output due to prompt quality or personal preference
  • Change of Mind: Simple changes of mind after purchasing credit packages
  • Promotional Credits: Free trial credits or promotional credits are non-refundable
  • Past Billing Periods: Subscription fees for billing periods that have already been completed

Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@flux2max.me.

Cancellation Policy:

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period when you cancel
  • You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
  • Unused credits from the current period will remain available until period expiration

Cancellation Tools: We integrate with the Creem Customer Portal and provide API access for subscription management to ensure you can easily cancel at any time.
